Called to go to challenging places and unreached people groups, CIC inspires, equips, and mobilizes a God-grown indigenous ministry from local church to broader communities that:
1. Values Children
2. Ministers God’s Love to Them
3. Matures Them in Christ
4. And Empowers Them to Impact Families, Villages, and Nations for Christ.
Overflowing with God's love and truth, CIC children and youth have been equipped to impact others for Christ through loving relationships, deep discipleship, and leadership empowerment. These youth and children are strong in their faith and inspired to share the love of Christ, often starting new clubs within unreached people groups (orange dots below). This is how God is multiplying His kingdom- by raising up thousands of Timothys who even cross country borders to shine Christ's light to the nations.

A safe, sweet environment where children receive the love of Christ, the Gospel message, are deeply discipled and are empowered to be co-laborers in the Harvest.
Children are equipped and empowered to lead and serve others in Christ.
We inspire, equip, and come alongside the local churches who know the language, culture and context - they are the ones God has planted there for such a time as this.
God has given CIC simple, powerful ministry methodologies that are organically reproducible - which means it's easy to 'multiply' the ministry!
“I started in a CIC Club when I was about 8 years old. The mentor showed so much love and acceptance of me and my brother. We left our traditional ways and accepted Jesus as our Savior. My life changed for good. Then I became a CIC child leader, co-leading in our weekly neighborhood CIC club, and then became a youth leader, helping to do trainings with the adults. And now I am serving in our country team, reaching new regions in my country with His love, the Gospel and His Word.”
L., 24, WEST AFRICA
“Many ministries have come and gone in our village, but CIC stays! Our children have gone from bad choices to good and other villages around us always ask how this happened and we are happy to tell them it is Jesus, CIC, and children.”
Village Chief S., 52, BURKINA FASO
“Our little church has grown so much through CIC - and this is with new sheep, not others' sheep. And this is due to CIC and our focus on children. Besides this, our church has planted new churches into two other regions outside of the city through the open door the Lord has given us through children and CIC.”
Pastor M., 45, WEST AFRICA
CIC is tremendously effective and efficient. Why? Because we believe ministry's greatest assets are not in land, headquarter buildings or bricks and mortar, but in the Word of God, the Holy Spirit, and tens of thousands of called, committed followers of Jesus, of whom 99.99% serve as volunteers - including our CEO. Therefore your gifts can be maximized for field ministry and spiritual impact.
Your gifts are combined with local indigenous church and community gifts of cash, food, transport, lodging, occupancy and volunteerism, in order to maximize local empowerment and exponentially multiply the impact of every gift you give.
